Control
The controller that was being used was a Pacific Research RI-300e and can be found here:

This controller had worked well for us, as it is capable of doing all of the audio processing which works well with the Nucleus. We only have to take raw audio off the receiver and let the controller do all the decoding and encoding of PL or DPL
We have moved in the IP age. We are now using 2 "controllers". The first and primary controller is the internal control functions built into the Quantar. The second is a sound/USB interface made by DMK Engineering Inc. http://dmkeng.com along with the Asterisk app_rpt radio project aplication running on a DC powered PC.More to follow
